You will need:
olive oil, chicken, Brussels sprouts, almonds, Greek yoghurt, mustard, garlic, green leaf lettuce.
Heat up 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan and cook 100 g chicken fillet. Cook the meat 3-5 minutes on each side until ready. Let the meat cook without moving it. When the chicken fillet is ready, take it off the pan and leave it to cool. Then cut it into small pieces.
Wash 7 Brussels sprouts and grate them on a coarse grater. Mix the Brussels sprouts with 30 g lettuce, 1 tbsp chopped almonds and chicken fillet. Separately mix 1 tbsp Greek yogurt, 1 tsp mustard and 1 garlic clove. Stir thoroughly. Stir the sauce into the salad.
