Meal for a healthy digestive system.

Another day to share healthy recipe with you: creamy rice bowl!

  • You will need:

kefir, greek yoghurt, radish, tomatoes, cucumbers, dill, parsley, olive oil, salt, brown rice, lentils.

  • Preparation:

Cook the brown rice and lentils according to the instructions on the packaging. When both are ready, add olive oil and stir together. Chop the tomato, cucumber, radish and add Greek yogurt, dill, a pinch of pepper and salt, stir everything. If desired, add a finely chopped red onion. Eat the rice and lentils with a salad and a glass of kefir <2.5% fat. Can be topped with more greens.
